Position Summary
Responsible for operating and set up of press brake.
Essential Functions
Support of the Safety Policy in day to day activities.
Assign personnel daily job that support production requirements.
Ensure personnel are adequately trained.
Generate process sheets and various forms.
Communicate professionally and effectively with people at all levels wthin the company.
Skills
Basic Math Skills
Ability to train and motivate others.
Ability to establish the team concept among personnel.
Ability to manage time. prioritize and multitask.
Abilit to work individually and as a team memeber.
Ability to communicate and be a team member.
Knowledge of appropriate ISO policies and procedures
Attributes
Reliability concerning attendance and punctuality.
Multilimb Coordination and manual dexterity allowing lifting capabilities up to fifty pounds.
Support of the Safety Policy in day to day activities.
Experience and Education
High school diploma ( or GED or high school equivalence certificate )
